Approaches in Therapy
My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed, ensuring that each individual feels heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. I utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Play Therapy, tailoring techniques to best support your unique needs and circumstances.

I'm a proud parent of two kids and love spending time camping, hiking and driving them to their activities. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and adventuring with my dog. I’m a people person at heart, and I bring that warmth and openness into both my personal life and my professional work. I believe in creating a supportive space where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered
